All our fireworks conform to BRITISH STANDARD BS 7114. Part 2; 1988 and are supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions supplied.

Prices and Payment
All prices are in UK Pounds £ sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are not included in product prices unless specified. Orders may be subject to a minimum amount. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by PayPal on a secure server. No orders are dispatched until payment has been received.

Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to make substitutions in DIY packs if necessary, however we will inform you before we do this, therefore you will need to supply us with a phone number we can contact you on when placing the order.

Refunds
We are unable to refund for 'force majeure' i.e. circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or cancelled displays.
Name of recipient and a daytime landline telephone number are required and all deliveries must be signed for. Any query on non-delivery or missing packages must be made to us within 72 hours. A refused delivery cannot be rescheduled without charge.
Contents must be checked within 48 hours of delivery, to ensure any problems can be rectified within 14 days of dispatch.
